5 Priorities for a Better Workplace

In 2019 , there were 157 million people in the United States workforce . Worldwide there are about 3 billion workers that constitute the global workforce . If everyone of those workers worked for 30 hours a week ( I recognize that this number is arbitrary and that some of our global brothers and sisters work an inhumane amount of hours at a time ) , that would be 90 billion hours of “labor” each week . My point is that the workplace is an important element of society that impacts majority of the world . In light of this world wide impact it is critical for workplace leaders to champion priorities that dignify the people that sustain the workplace.

Here are my top 5 priorities that I believe workplace leaders need to embrace to move their organization forward .
